I'm finally back from Tunisia. It's amazing how in just 2 weeks I managed to have so many stories about a trip!
It's a nice country to go, plenty of stuff to visit, the people are very nice and helpfull! I felt a small barrier language since my french sucks and I kept saying "Pardon, je parle seulement en petit peux de français, parlez vous anglais?" (Sorry, I only speak a bit of french, do you speak english? - maybe the spelling isn't correct, like I said my french sucks!). Although most of the people in the "more turist zones" do speak english very well, and they always know how (or ask you how to say) one or two words in your mother tongue like "hello" or "thank you".
Listen to them speaking arabic can be quite a great experience specially if you wanna try to learn to say some words or even better write them!
I had pretty cool experiences like visiting the Saarah desert, riding camels, doing a bit of rally on the salt desert (not saarah) with a 4x4 jeep to visit Oasis, or pushing a taxi!
It was the first time I visited Africa and it was the first time I really had gotten out of "ocidental culture" and some of their costumes were a bit odd for me, like some women (not all) being all dressed, even when inside of the pool! Not that shocked me, it's their culture I have to respect it, but it just felt a bit odd, imagine yourself with your swimsuit on swimming on the poll or on the sea and when you look to your side there's a middle age woman (or sometimes even teenager girls) all dressed up.
I do recommend you visiting Tunisia, it's a life experience! Although I advice you to know how to express yourself in French
Regarding the photos, I'm not very happy with them... I'm more used to shoot green landscapes so sandy landscapes didn't make me very happy...But I took the shots and also I shot some portraits, I'll probably be posting photos in a few days. Keep tunned!
Thank you for watching!
Regards,
Paulo

I'm not really here; I'm always moving, so I'm never at the same place. I'm not here; I'm just more likely to be here than anywhere else, but I'm not really here. It's a matter of Physics. _ Charlie Crews

We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot.
